Welcome to SmartPrime. By creating an account or using our application, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

SmartPrime is a Personal Execution Orchestrator — a task management application that uses your biological energy awareness, environmental context, and available time to suggest the optimal task to work on at any given moment. The service includes AI-powered task classification, smart prioritization, analytics, and collaborative features through Shared Task Groups.

2. Account Registration

• You must sign in using a Google or Apple account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use SmartPrime.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must not use SmartPrime for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• You must not attempt to interfere with the service's operation, security, or infrastructure.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your tasks and any data you enter into the application.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

4. Shared Task Groups & User-Generated Content

• When you participate in Shared Task Groups, task content within the group is visible to all group members.
• You must not share offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or illegal content within groups.
• SmartPrime reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• You may report abusive content or members through the in-app reporting feature.

5. Intellectual Property

SmartPrime and all its associated content, trademarks, and technology (excluding user-generated data) are owned by Gabriel de Oliveira Carmo. You retain full ownership of your personal task data and content. By using the service, you grant SmartPrime a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

• SmartPrime is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, data accuracy, or the correctness of AI-powered classifications.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service, if any.

7. Service Modifications

SmartPrime reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated in advance when reasonably possible. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app's Settings screen.
• SmartPrime may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are subject to content moderation actions.
• Upon termination, all data associated with your account is permanently and immediately deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Brazil, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD). Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Brazil.
